Dietary Ketosis with Coconut Oil- Ketogenic Diet

Once you are in ketosis, it only takes one cheat day to stop the fat burning, ketotic process, and you'll have to start over. So don't start a ketogenic diet plan just before some major food holiday, like Thanksgiving or Christmas, unless you are sure you can weather the pressure to eat sweets and starches...Spring is a good time for me to start this diet, and so far...the fats are fueling my energy...I am controlling that Carb Monster!! I am in Dietary Ketosis and the Dietary Ketogenic Diet which consist of a healthy high fat, moderate protein, low carbohydrate diet. This jumps starts and Fuels my fat burning with high energy for exercising.
The Apple Cider Vinegar acts as the detox tonic helping purify my liver and keeping my joints healthy along with the Coconut Oil.

i started low carb since feb2012, 2 months -23.4 lbs(11%) from 204.6 to 181.4. a 30+ male.
