Almond Milk & Coconut Oil Boost
I have been adding almond milk and coconut oil to my morning coffee for that extra boost. Boy can I tell a big difference in how I feel. The coconut oil has been a daily addition to my coffee, but now instead of cream, I have been using unsweetened almond milk. So, next time you want to try something different in your hot tea or coffee..try the almond milk pack with nutrients, and the coconut oil to give you that boost you need to get you going..especially when weight loss is involve...the fat burning mode is what gets me excited.
