So, I have decided to give up shampoo and conditioner and go for the "natural" way of things. Starting today-March 20, 2013 I will be using the baking soda/apple cider vinegar rinse.I will do doing the coconut oil deep treatments about once a week. I made up my mind that the chemicals I continue to use on my body are causing me ill side effect, and of course, hair is very important to all of us..and now starts my experiment...watch my video and follow me along
